Intermediary role
Go South Pacific acts as a booking intermediary connecting users with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). The contract of service is between the user and the supplier.
Pricing & availability
Prices, taxes and availability are set by suppliers and may change until booking confirmation.
Payments
Payments are processed via secure gateway partners. Users warrant that the payment and personal details they provide are accurate.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the specific fare/booking rules or cancellation policy displayed at checkout.
User responsibilities
Users must hold valid travel documents (passports, visas), check that traveller names and details match their IDs, and protect their account credentials.
Limitation of liability
Go South Pacific is not liable for supplier delays, schedule changes, service failures or force majeure events.
